The “Find Your Happy” campaign for the independently owned, boutique real estate firm Conlon/Christie’s appeared in monthly print and digital publications, along with signage and billboards at local businesses and community centers. The message supported the brand’s ideology of individuality and how that contributes to the purchase of a momentous investment: your home.
The campaign was carried over into recruitment materials, as Conlon consistently brought in both new and experienced agents that fostered a friendly and diverse work environment.
