Direct Mail Campaigns
Direct mail can be a strong marketing piece in real estate, and much more effective when concept, design and call to action work together simultaneously to connect with a targeted audience.
For a monthly campaign made available to all agents, the mailer would be customized to a ZIP code of the agent’s choice. Analyzing statistical data available through MRED, the campaign utilized competitive numerical data to show how the local market fared. Additional seasonal options included educational information regarding preparing your home for sale.
Agents were set up with a custom URL that recipients could visit to request a home valuation via email sent directly to the specific agent who’s mailer they received. An email component was also created to correspond with the mailer.
